If you plan to book an easy escape at a nearby hotel, follow-up on their enhanced cleanliness measures to ease your mind.

These destinations offer a variety of amazing activities, indoor and outdoor, which would help balance out your next adventure. And if you’re feeling some wanderlust for your next international trip, start building a board on Pinterest with some of the trending locations like Maui, Isla Mujeres, Orange County, Las Vegas & more! You might not be ready to hit the road right away but taking time to be prepared and plan about your future travel smartly is a strategic move to make.

Top tip: Be prepared by understanding local guidelines & packing items like sanitizer and non-perishable food.

There are some simple ways to stay safe when you plan to travel including: washing your hands regularly with soap and water, using hand sanitizer when you cannot wash your hands, wear a mask and maintain a social distance of 6 feet between yourself & others. While some restaurants might be closed, it would be smart to prepare some food and water for your journey in anticipation of this. Keep enough hand sanitizer of at least 60% alcohol stocked for your trip that is easily accessible! If you’re not feeling well, it’s recommended to stay home with any symptoms like fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, and recent changes in taste or smell.
